Sunday, June 22nd Billy and the Old Man Design will have its very last art show. Everyone is invited back for a BRING YOUR OWN ART show. Artists bring what they want to hang during the show, hang it, then sell it or take it with them at the end of the show. Live music, food, raffles & more.
No entry fees or gallery commissions, since we are giving back to those that have supported us. The shop is closing and we are moving back to our modest garage to complete projects.
The BYOA art show starts at 5pm and encourages everyone to come enjoy one final art show on Shady Oak road. We have invited 20 plus artists to bring work to display, and we are also asking for new artists to come show work as well. The show will feature another super performance by local musician: Cronkite Satellite (Ryan Simonet) and any other musical performance that can come.
The BYOA is special for multiple reasons:
1. its the last show at the Billy and the Old Man Gallery
2. this show marks the kick off of the Urban Artist Initiative
3. William (Billy) Hessian (artist/co-owner of Billy and the Old Man) leaves the next day for his art tour
4. Artworks & prizes will be given away in a raffle to support both the art tour and the UAI organization
5. Ryan Simonet (Cronkite Satellite) is moving with his wife across seas, this will be one of your last chances to see him perform.(click his link below to learn more about his music and why he is moving)
6. The BYOA format will be crazy and fun.

6pm: Peter Kavula- A musician for over 30 years. He haa played with such greats as Kansas Roy Burns of the Tonight Show David "Izzy" Israel.
